Accessibility Statement

Alrov Group views with great importance the provision of equal service to all customers and improving the service to customers with disabilities. To this end, considerable resources have been invested in making the site accessible and easy to use, thus making the Council's services more accessible to people with disabilities.

According to the Access Israel Association’s data, about 20-25 percent of Israel's population encounter difficulties in accessing the Internet. Making the site accessible is intended to make it more easily available, friendlier and easier to use for persons with various motor disabilities, cognitive disabilities, nearsightedness, blindness, color blindness and hearing impairments, as well as for the elderly.

The pages on the website meet the AA Grade standard. Namely, they meet the AA access criteria listed in the Internet Accessibility Guidelines:

English: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0

Hebrew: הנחיות לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט (WCAG) 2.0

It is noted that despite our efforts to make all pages accessible on the website, there may be parts or capabilities on the site that have not yet been made accessible, such as PDF documents and images uploaded to the site before the year 2015.

We continue our efforts to improve the website’s accessibility as part of our commitment to enable its use for all persons, including people with disabilities.

The liability for the use of the software and the manner in which the software is implemented rests on the third party that carried out the product assimilation process on behalf of the municipality.

If you encounter an accessibility problem while browsing the site, we will be pleased to receive your comments and requests. Please contact the Council’s website by mail:

Alrov Group will do everything in its power to make the site accessible in the best possible manner and to respond to queries swiftly and professionally.
